This service is available to all agencies that take on board our Premier Package. As part of our
we already process your costs of payroll figures, turnover and margins. The natural progression is therefore to allow us to do your management accounts.
Providing you with accountancy and up to date Management accounts is a seamless transaction at Easypay. If you opt for all three of our services, all the information produced in both our payroll and debt collection departments can be imported directly into our Sage software. This reduces the risk of errors and can done at a fraction of the cost of accountancy firms. This solution is truly cost effective and time efficient.
Our experienced financial team is able to process and monitor the financial needs and company accounts for any size company. Our clients range from newly established agencies to a large national companies.
We offer two packages to suit your needs:
This price quoted includes:-
• Post sales invoices to the appropriate nominal account
• Post temporary payroll costs to the appropriate nominal account
• Post cash/bank payments to appropriate nominal accounts (from cash book supplied by the client, easypay will provide the template)
• Analyse costs and expenses as required, by client needs.
• Posting of permanent staff salaries to appropriate nominal account (if taking our bureau service)
• Inputting of cash books into sage
• Monthly production of Management accounts including:
~ Accruals, prepayments and depreciation
~ Profit and Loss sheets
~ Balance Sheets
~ Review of exceptional items for Management information.
• Maintaining control accounts to ensure balances are correctly stated.
• Quarterly Vat return preparation
• Preparation of draft annual accounts for auditors including:
~ Analysis of balance sheet control accounts
~ Analysis of all necessary expenses accounts required by your external accountant for accountancy and taxation requirements.
~ Full working file provided to your company auditors.
The price quoted does not include:-
• Bank reconciliation
• Writing up of cash book
• Writing up of Petty cash records
• Credit Card reconciliation
• Purchase ledger posting and payments
• Preparation of P11d’s
