For many companies, their diversity policies stop at gender parity. Of course, this is a significant part of developing a diverse workforce, yet there are further minority groups to include, support and respect.

Of course, the world has come on threefold when considering the number of women in high powered positions, but what about other diverse groups? Diversity has a deeper meaning and focuses in on varied backgrounds, educations, ethnicities, disabilities, environments, abilities, goals and talents.
